The Zoom Meetings integration is available from the Genesys AppFoundry. A Zoom Meetings license is required for integrations with Genesys Cloud.

Configure the Zoom Meetings integration as a custom client application integration in Genesys Cloud. Give application consent in Zoom. Then, to complete the configuration, enable a Genesys Cloud setting which allows users to create and post Zoom Meetings links in Genesys Cloud.
