In Documents, you can store any file you want, including anything and everything that you use on your computer or device. For more information, see Add files to a workspace.

Documents provides a viewer that allows you to preview documents before you download them to your local computer. When you double-click any of the following types of files, it appears in the Documents preview window.

Audio support varies for .wav files in HTML5 browsers. If a .wav file does not play in the viewer, it is because your browser does not support the .wav file’s sample size.

If you try to preview a file that Genesys Cloud’s file viewer does not support, Genesys Cloud automatically saves the file to the Downloads folder on your computer or device. For more information about this topic, see View the contents of a file.
