Genesys Cloud’s ACD messaging allows agents to respond to interactions from various channels. Genesys Cloud currently supports Facebook Messenger, Twitter Direct Message, LINE Messaging, and WhatsApp. To enable this feature, contact your designated Customer Success Manager.
