On the effective date, Genesys will no longer support the current Mobile Messenger localization file storage S3 bucket. Genesys is removing support because the current localization file storage S3 bucket:
- Belongs to the former Bold360 account, which Genesys will retire.
- Uses a public access link, which violates security policy.
- Requires manual updates by administrators and no automation exists.
Genesys plans to move the localization files to a new storage space and change the URLs in the SDK for the translations.
