Automated completion of AI-answered agent evaluations

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce the Agent Auto-Complete evaluation form type, which automatically submits agent evaluations when all questions are answered using AI scoring, evaluation assistance, or defined default responses.

This enhancement helps administrators and evaluators save time by eliminating manual submission steps and helps ensure evaluations are completed promptly after interactions. Previously, even when every question in an evaluation was resolved by AI or defaults, a human evaluator still needed to manually submit the form. With this update, the system submits fully completed evaluations automatically and marks them as auto-submitted, allowing supervisors to distinguish between manual and automated submissions in reports. This improvement streamlines the evaluation process, reduces administrative workload, and accelerates feedback cycles for agents.
