WhatsApp delivery receipts
When you send WhatsApp messages, you can track the delivery status information in Analytics by adding the Delivery Status and Delivery Status Details columns to your Interactions view. For more information, see Interactions view.
| Receipt code | Description |
|---|---|
| MessageExpired | The message has expired. |
| RateLimited | The message failed due to rate limiting. |
| MessageNotAllowed | The message was not allowed. |
| GeneralError | The message failed due to a general error. |
| UnsupportedMessage | The message was unsupported by the provider. |
| UnknownMessage | The message was unknown. |
| InvalidMessageStructure | The message has an invalid structure. |
| InvalidDestination | The message destination is invalid. |
| ServerError | The message failed due to a server error. |
| MediaTypeNotAllowed | The media type for the media attached to the message is not allowed. |
| InvalidMediaContentLength | The media content length for the media attached to the message is too long. |
| RecipientOptedOut | The person you are trying to message has opted out of receiving messages from your channel. |
