You can select the default audio that callers hear when they enter the in-queue call flow. You can edit or change the prompt when you configure the In-Queue Task.

Note: Depending on the prompt you choose, Architect limits what you can edit. For example, you cannot modify a system prompt’s name, description, or TTS.
  1. From the Architect home page, click or hover over the Flows menu and select In-Queue Call.
  2. Click the default in-queue flow. The flow editor opens.
  3. Under Settings, select In-Queue.
  4. In the In-Queue design area, complete the following steps:
    • Click the Hold Music list and select the audio prompt.
    • Click Add  to create and add a new prompt.
    • Click Edit  to edit the selected prompt, if applicable.
