On August 31, 2024, Genesys will remove Google Agent Assist accessibility from Genesys Cloud.
Genesys Cloud discontinues development and support of the Google Agent Assist offer on January 24, 2024. Customers will still be able to use the feature until the end-of-life (EOL) date on August 31, 2024.

Am I affected?
You are only affected if you use the Google Agent Assist.
If you purchased Google Agent Assist, you can use the Genesys Native Agent Assist product. Navigate to the App Foundry to receive a 90-day free trial, or contact your account team.
How can I prepare for this deprecation?
If you created assistants with Google Agent Assist, you must recreate the affected assistants with Genesys Native Agent Assist settings. For more information, see Create Genesys Agent Assist as an assistant.
