Improved blind transfers for agent-to-agent digital interactions

In an upcoming release, blind transfers for agent-to-agent digital interactions will be improved. Specifically, the digital transfer will remain with the transferring agent until the recipient agent accepts it. An agent will know when the recipient accepts the transfer, and can cancel the transfer or change the intended recipient, if necessary. Agents will continue to be able to perform blind transfers to queues. For more information, see Improved Digital Transfer Experience.
