Topics and programs audit events name change

The name of the Topics Definition service, which Genesys Cloud uses to log audit events for changes to topics and programs, is changing to Speech and Text Analytics. Until the effective date, Genesys Cloud will log the affected audit events using both the current and new service names.

After the deprecation date, users must use the new Speech and Text Analytics service name to receive audit events for topics and programs.

Am I affected?

This deprecation affects you if you use the API or the Audit View to receive audit events for topics and programs.

What do I need to do before the removal date?

Changes to the API will not be made. For this reason, you are not required to make any adjustments or modifications.
