The Microsoft Teams integration is available from the Genesys AppFoundry. You require a Microsoft Teams license for the integration.

Configure the Microsoft Teams integration as a client application integration in Genesys Cloud. Give application consent in Microsoft Teams. Then, to complete the configuration, enable a Genesys Cloud setting which allows Microsoft Teams (and other apps) to place calls.
