Get the Zoom Phone integration  

The Zoom Phone integration is available from the Genesys AppFoundry. A Zoom Phone license is required for integration with Genesys Cloud.


Configure the Zoom Phone integration

Configure the Zoom Phone integration as a client application integration in Genesys Cloud. Give application consent in Zoom. Then, to complete the configuration, enable a Genesys Cloud setting that allows Zoom (and other apps) to place calls.
