On July 31, 2019, Genesys will remove the ability for users to import data from LinkedIn into Genesys Cloud. Because of changes LinkedIn made to their integration APIs, the ability for users to import data from LinkedIn into Genesys Cloud no longer works.
Am I affected?
If you have imported data from LinkedIn, no action is required and imported profile data will remain in Genesys Cloud after the deprecation. Users who have not imported profile data from LinkedIn will not be able to do so.
How can I prepare for this deprecation?
No action is required before the removal date.
