Prerequisites
  • Recording > Screen Recording > View permission assigned to any user role

To see a list of in-progress screen recordings:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Quality, click Recording Management.
  3. Click Manage active screen recordings.

You can end active screen recordings before the interaction ends. For example, if you lose your primary Internet connection, then you can end active screen recordings to save bandwidth.

  1. Click More.
  2. Click End Screen Recording.

You can also stop all new screen recordings by changing the maximum simultaneous recordings setting to 0. 

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Quality, click Recording Management.
  3. In the Screen Recordings section, set the maximum to 0. 
  4. Click Update Settings.
