Search help from within Genesys Cloud

  1. From the Help bar, click Search help.
  2. In the Search help box, type a word or phrase.
    Note: Search is not case-sensitive.
  3. Click the article that you want.
  4. If you do not see an article that helps you, get more help or search the Resource Center.
