Date-time formats for call rules
When defining the call rule Contact List Column condition with a Relative Time comparator, leave the contact column blank or enter a date-time in one of the formats listed here.

Where:
T precedes a time value. Any value with a time must begin with T.
Z = the time value is Greenwich, England, or UTC time.
+ = the time zone offset is east of Greenwich, England.
– = the time zone offset is west of Greenwich, England.
yyyy = a four-digit year
MM = a two-digit month, 01 – 12
dd = a two-digit day, 01 – 31
HH = a two-digit hour, 00 – 23
mm = a two-digit minute, 00 – 59
ss = a two-digit second, 00 – 59
SSS = a 3-digit millisecond, 000 – 999
