Filter voicemails

Prerequisites
  • VoicemailVoicemail > Receive permission (included in the Communicate – User role)
  1. Access your voicemail box.
  2. Click Show All.

  3. To indicate whether you want to see only read or only unread messages, click your preference. The button name changes based on your selection. 
  4. To see messages for a specific group voicemail box, select it in the list. The Inbox Show All list with a group box checked
