Dialpad DTMF support

Users can now enter numbers as DTMF signals from the main dialpad during calls. Previously, only the DTMF dialpad, available in call controls, supported DTMF. For more information, see Enter numbers during a call.

Queue Activity detail view filters

In the Queue Activity detail view, supervisors can now filter the list of on-queue agents by ACD skill and language, in addition to agent name. For more information, see Queues Activity views.
