 USB-based Edge pairing

Telephony administrators can now pair Edge devices from a secured payload file stored on a USB flash drive that delivers pairing, network configuration, proxy settings, and encryption details to the device. For more information, see Pair the Edge using a USB flash drive and PureCloud. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.6082 or later.

Support for China-specific encryption certificates in Edge pairing process

The Edge pairing process now supports China-specific encryption certificates for use in locations under the jurisdiction of Chinese law. The pairing process lets administrators choose a private PureCloud encryption certificate or a publicly signed encryption certificate. For more information, see Pair the Edge using a USB flash drive and PureCloud. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.6082 or later.
