Third-party developers can now access the Genesys Cloud contact center environment at no charge to create Genesys Cloud integrations. For more information, see Developer Org Setup in the Developer Center.

Script editor UI

The redesigned script editor UI simplifies the creation and maintenance of call scripts. Property settings now appear in expandable regions on the right side. Other changes include the addition of Components and Script Settings tabs and an advanced color picker. For more information, see Script editor overview.
