Search parameters for interactions performance views

Supervisors can now search interactions by DNIS or ANI and can view DNIS and ANI data in the interactions performance views. Custom date range filters add the ability to search by time of day. For more information, see Interactions performance views.

Orphaned recording recovery 

Genesys Cloud can now run policies to automatically delete orphaned recordings or attach them to conversations. Also, administrators can now review and manually reattach orphaned recordings to conversations. For more information, see View orphaned recordings.
