The Resource Center has a new look
The Genesys Cloud Resource Center now matches other Genesys documentation websites in appearance, providing a more consistent, cohesive viewing experience. Additional improvements include content navigation to make it easier for new and existing Genesys Cloud users to find information, and a more centralized Release Notes home page. For more information, see About the Resource Center. This feature has no restriction by user or required user to access.
Command-line interface for Genesys Cloud administration
Administrators and developers can now use the Genesys Cloud Command Line Interface (CLI) to perform administrative tasks for their Genesys Cloud organization without using the Genesys Cloud Admin UI. The new Platform API CLI SDK simplifies and automates common administrative tasks and enables administrators to perform ad hoc data queries for analysis. Contact center
Scheduled Exports for Performance views
Supervisors and contact center managers can now schedule exports to run for a specific time period and recurrence, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. The new Scheduled Exports view provides supervisors with a list of scheduled Performance view exports and enables them to manage the scheduled exports. For more information, see Export view data and Scheduled Exports view. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 1, Genesys Cloud User 2, or Genesys Cloud User 3.
Adjust waiting interactions priority with Routing Conversations API
Developers can now increase or decrease the priority of an interaction waiting in a queue with the PATCH /api/v2/routing/conversations/{conversationId} API. This new endpoint also enables developers to find the current priority value assigned to an interaction. For more information, see Routing in the Developer Center. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 1, Genesys Cloud User 2, Genesys Cloud User 3, Genesys Cloud User 1 Digital Upgrade I, Genesys Cloud User 1 Digital Upgrade II, or Genesys Cloud User 2 Digital Upgrade I.
