Workforce management forecast modification limit increase

Genesys Cloud increased the workforce management forecast modification limit from 50 to 200 to accommodate additional adjustments. For more information, see Forecast modifications, Work with forecasts,  and Export a forecast. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 3, Genesys Cloud User 1 WEM Upgrade II, or Genesys Cloud User 2 WEM Upgrade I.

Google Cloud Dialogflow CX Resell available in the AppFoundry

Google Cloud Dialogflow CX Resell is now available for purchase as a premium application from the AppFoundry, providing streamlined installation and full integration with Genesys Cloud’s billing system. Consolidated billing enables administrators to track pricing and usage data across the organization in one bill for both Genesys and Google accounts. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 1, Genesys Cloud User 2, or Genesys Cloud User 3.

Optionally disable built-in application authorizations 

Administrators can now use OAuth to disable built-in application authorizations for the organization or a subset of the organization. Administrators can add or disable permissions to access the agent UI, the mobile clients, and Architect for specific roles. For more information, see Authorize an OAuth client. This feature requires one of the following subscriptions: Genesys Cloud User 1, Genesys Cloud User 2, Genesys Cloud User 3, Collaborate, or Communicate.
