Dialer Campaign Detailed Attempt History report
The new Dialer Campaign Detailed Attempt History report provides contact center managers with details and clarity about each outbound campaign attempt. It focuses on individual attempts instead of the conversation as a whole, with some conversations displayed in multiple rows. The new report also contains information such as caller ID number and name and the total time spent on wrap-up for the attempt. Due to the increased level of detail and insight, the Dialer Campaign Detailed Attempt History report will eventually replace the Outbound Campaign: Detailed Attempt History report.
