Deprecation: Outbound Campaign: Detailed Attempt History report

On May 22, 2019, Genesys will remove the Outbound Campaign: Detailed Attempt History report. The new Campaign Interactions Detail view replaces it. The new report provides better insight into your campaign attempts by displaying conversations in multiple rows and by having more granularity and detail.  

Note: The Detailed Attempt History export, which is triggered from the Campaign Interactions Detail view, technically replaces the Outbound Campaign: Detailed Attempt History report. For more information on the Detailed Attempt History export, see Export data from a view section of the Export view data article.

Between the announcement date and the removal of the report, you can still use the report. However, Genesys will no longer address bugs or minor issues specific to this feature. We will continue to resolve any major breakage until the removal date.

This deprecation affects you if you use the Outbound Campaign: Detailed Attempt History report.
