My Performance views for agents 

Agents can now view their individual performance metrics in new performance views. The My Performance views show an agent’s past performance, status, evaluations, and schedule. The views provide more detailed information and customization options than the classic Agent dashboard. The My Performance views will eventually replace the classic Agent dashboard.
