Access audit events in Audits API
Developers can now access audit events through the Audits API. Specify a date and time range and a service name to find audit events created by a Genesys Cloud service. For more information, see /api/rest/v2/audits/query in the Developer Center.
Changed default alternate time dimension for evaluation aggregate queries
By default, an evaluation score or count now contributes to the aggregate time bucket of the datetime for when the evaluation was created. For more information, see the announcement in the Developer Center.
