New Genesys and Polycom supported phones and firmware
Genesys Cloud now supports the Genesys branded 405, 405HD, and 420HD managed phones and the Polycom VVX 150, 250, 350, and 450 managed phones. In addition, firmware updates are now available for the Polycom SoundPoint, SoundStation, VVX, and Trio phones. The new phone models require Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.8734 or later. Data tables enhancements
Administrators and contact center managers can now add more data tables and data table rows when storing data in Genesys Cloud. Enhancements also include the ability to import and export data table information. These improvements help maintain data tables for use in Architect by allowing the inclusion of additional and updated data. AWS S3 recording bulk actions integration
The new AWS recording bulk actions integration enables quality managers to create a policy to automatically export recordings, screen recordings, attachments, and metadata in bulk and store them in a configured AWS S3 bucket. OneLogin for Genesys Cloud SCIM
The OneLogin for Genesys Cloud app now supports Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management). Bulk export recordings in Recordings API
Developers can now bulk export recordings and store them in a configured AWS S3 bucket in the Recordings API. For more information, see /api/v2/recording/jobs in the Developer Center.
