Turn off file uploading in chats

A new organization setting enables administrators to determine whether files can be uploaded in a chat. For example, organizations may want to turn off file uploading for security reasons. For more information, see Turn off file uploading in chats.

Skill configuration for third-party emails in Architect

Administrators and contact center managers now have more flexibility to configure skill handling for third-party emails in Architect. This feature enhancement includes a new built-in variable and a new option to combine or replace existing skill sets in the Transfer to ACD action. For more information, see Architect built-in variables and Transfer to ACD action.

Script display enhancement

Agents can now change the orientation and size of the scripts window. For more information, see Use scripts.
