Set Wrapup Code action enhancement in Architect
Administrators and contact center managers can now use Architect’s Set Wrapup Code action in chat, message, and email flows. Previously, this action was only available in inbound and outbound call flows. For more information, see Set Wrapup Code action.

Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework for private deployment
Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework now enables companies to develop and deploy their own integrations to their Genesys Cloud organization for private use. Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework uses the common framework shared with other Genesys Cloud embedded clients.
