How do I ensure my emails are encrypted?

Conversations are encrypted in transit and internally within the platform while at rest. When the conversation leaves Genesys Cloud, there is no guarantee for encryption. For email delivery that requires encryption or other security protocols, we recommend you use your own server for sending emails.
