Does Genesys Cloud support MMS on SMS short codes?

Yes. SMS short codes support MMS when the number is MMS-capable. When filling out your short code application form, be sure to indicate that you want MMS-capable numbers. For more information, see Set up an SMS short code.

Note: MMS is only supported on US short codes.
