Translate a secondary status

Prerequisites 
  • Admin role
  • Presence > Presence Definition > Edit permission
  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Status Management.
  4. Select the primary status.
  5. Next to the division, click the translate button.A screenshot of the translate icon for Secondary statuses

  6. In the appropriate language boxes, type the translations and click Done
  7. Click Save.
