Mark as voicemail as read or unread

Prerequisites
  • VoicemailVoicemail > Receive permission (included in the Communicate – User role
  1. Access your voicemail box.
  2. For the email you want to mark, click More .
  3. To mark the voicemail as read, click Mark as Read.
  4. To mark the voicemail as unread, click Mark as Unread.
