Log in to PureCloud using single sign-on (SSO)

If your administrator enables single sign-on (SSO) for your organization, you can log in automatically to PureCloud without entering your credentials, following the initial authentication. The PureCloud SSO authentication uses the same credentials you use to log in to your workstation, network domain, or other secure system.

  1. The first time you log in to PureCloud to use SSO, click More Login Options on the login page.
  2. Enter your organization name, and then click Next
  3. Select your organization’s region, then click the identity provider icon listed under Log in with your/another account.

Note: If your admin chooses to configure PureCloud to authenticate with SSO only, PureCloud disables all password requirements.

  4. On the Identity Provider authentication page, enter your credentials. Once successfully authenticated, you are directed to PureCloud and automatically logged in.
Note: Contact your administrator if you are unsure of your credentials or if you have trouble authenticating with the identity provider.

After the initial authentication, whenever you log in to PureCloud, you see the login screen in step 3. Click the identity provider icon to automatically log in to PureCloud.
