If your administrator enables single sign-on (SSO) for your organization, after the initial authentication, you can log in automatically to Genesys Cloud without entering your credentials. The Genesys Cloud SSO authentication uses the same credentials that you use to log in to your workstation, network domain, or other secure system.

  1. The first time you log in to Genesys Cloud to use SSO, on the login page, click More Login Options.
  2. Enter your organization name, and click Next
  3. Select your organization’s region, then click the identity provider icon listed under Log in with your/another account.

Note: If your admin chooses to configure Genesys Cloud to authenticate with SSO only, Genesys Cloud disables all password requirements.

  4. On the Identity Provider authentication page, enter your credentials. After you successfully authenticate, the system automatically logs you into Genesys Cloud.
Note: Contact your administrator if you are unsure of your credentials or if you have trouble authenticating with the identity provider.

After the initial authentication, when you log in to Genesys Cloud, you see the login panel in step 3. To log in automatically to Genesys Cloud, click the identity provider icon.
