Install the custom IMAP integration

To install the custom IMAP server integration:

Log in to Genesys Cloud org in which you want to add a custom IMAP server.
Click Admin.
Under Integrations, click Integrations.
Click Integrations.
In the Search box, type Custom IMAP Server.
Click the IMAP Server card.
Click Install.
Enter a name for the new IMAP server.

The integration is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
