In the tabs below you will find the different templates of Data Processing Agreements, which set out the rules and conditions that the parties will comply with when processing personal data in the framework of a given service agreement. Each template shall be selected according to the particular needs corresponding to the commercial agreement.

    This data processing relationship scenario provides the applicable clauses where the Customer acts as the controller and Genesys as the processor.

    Partners

    In the tabs below you will find the different templates of Data Processing Agreements, which set out the rules and conditions that the parties will comply with when processing personal data in the framework of a Partner Network Agreement. Each template shall be selected according to the particular needs, such as the geographical circumstances of the agreement.

      All our Data Processing Agreements with Partners provide two possible scenarios, one where the Partner acts as a controller and Genesys as a processor, and another where the Partner acts as a processor and Genesys as a sub-processor. Both cases, and related instructions, are covered by the appropriate contractual clauses included in the body of the Data Processing Agreement.
