Enable Access Policies

The following permissions:

  • Authorization > policy > All Permissions
  • Authorization > policy > Add
  • Authorization > policy > View

The following organization setting:

You can create access policies in Genesys Cloud for your organization and modify its enforcement based on your changing business needs. In the Policies tab, the Enabled column displays all active policies with a tick . 

To enable an existing access policy for your organization, do the following:

  1. Edit the access policy.
  2. To enable the access policy, turn on the Enable policy toggle button to Yes.  You can also enable an access policy when you’re creating it.
  3.  Click Save.
