In accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act), Customer is hereby advised that it should contact Genesys Cloud Voice support in order to: withdraw consent that Customer provides electronically, update Customer’s contact information, and/or request a paper copy of Customer’s records relating to the Genesys Cloud Voice service. Customer is further advised that an Internet connection and standard web browser (but no additional hardware) are required for Customer to access its electronic records, and, at Genesys’s sole discretion, additional fees may apply should Customer request a paper copy of its records.
