Disable an alternate message sequence - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

When you enable an alternate message sequence, the sequence options menu appears in the upper right corner of the String Builder dialog box.

To reset the message sequence to the default language, click the sequence options menu and select Erase and reset sequence for this language.
To cancel an alternate message sequence, click the sequence options menu and select Disable alternate sequence.
