Effective June 12, 2024, Genesys no longer supports using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) to access Genesys Cloud. After the support end date, Genesys Cloud may not function properly, or at all, when users attempt to access Genesys Cloud via IE 11.

What does this mean?

Between the announcement date and the end of support, Genesys will continue to perform updates to resolve any major breakage. After the support end date, while no action is being taken in the product to prevent users from accessing Genesys Cloud through IE 11, Genesys will no longer provide updates for issues related to IE 11 and Genesys Cloud may not function properly, or at all, if you attempt to access it via IE 11.

This deprecation affects you if you or anyone in your organization uses the IE 11 browser to access Genesys Cloud.
