What does this mean?

Between the announcement date and the removal of support for Windows Edge Legacy, Genesys will no longer address bugs or minor issues specific to Windows Edge Legacy and the web app. We will continue to resolve any major breakage until the support end date. After the support end date, Genesys Cloud may not function properly, or at all, if you attempt to use the web app with Windows Edge Legacy.

This deprecation affects you if you or anyone in your organization uses the web app with Windows Edge Legacy.

How can I prepare for this deprecation?

If you use Windows Edge Legacy, transition to another browser supported by Genesys, such as the latest Microsoft Edge Chromium version.
