Delete a Salesforce External Contact Sync integration


Notes:
  • This action does not affect data PureCloud has previously synced.
  • If you delete an integration, no triggered syncs occur.
  • If you delete and re-add an integration with the same Salesforce account, PureCloud recognizes the existing Salesforce contacts and organizations and proceeds to sync them. It does not create duplicate records.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  3. For the integration you’d like to delete, under Actions click .This image shows the Delete Integration option.
  4. From the Actions list, select Delete Integration.
  5. Click Yes.
