Copy a web survey form

When you access a web survey form, you can copy a version to make the needed changes and save it as a separate web survey form.

• Genesys Cloud saves the copy as a new form, under the name Copy of <original form name>. 
• If the title of the newly copied form exceeds the 250 character limit, Genesys Cloud displays the new title, but it prompts you to change the title as per the character limit.
• The newly created copy holds everything from the original (groups, questions, conditionality, language, header, and footer). However, it does not retain any version information. The copy is the first version of the newly created survey form.
• The newly created copy is in an unpublished state. You have to publish it manually.
  
  Note: You can copy unpublished survey forms too.

To copy a web survey form:

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Quality, click Survey Forms.
3. Click the name of a survey form. The saved form or a copy of the most recently published survey form opens in the editor. The form includes the date and time of the last revision date.
4. Click Copy Form.
5. Genesys Cloud navigates you to the newly created, copied form. Proceed with editing the survey form. 
6. When you are ready, save, or optionally, publish the survey form. For more information, see Create a web survey form.
