Add your Genesys Cloud sites into the list of remote sites within Salesforce. Remote site settings in Salesforce allow external systems or web services to integrate with Salesforce. Salesforce grants authorization to the Genesys Cloud sites added to the list of remote sites.

To configure remote site settings in Salesforce:

  1. On the Setup Home page, search for Remote Site Settings in the Quick Find box and select Remote Site Settings.
  2. Click New Remote Site.
  3. Enter a name for the remote site.
  4. Enter the URL for the remote site that you want to add. 
    Use the URL that reflects your Genesys Cloud region. For example, https://login.{mypurecloud.com} and https://apps.{mypurecloud.com}. 
  5. (Optional) Enter a brief description for the Genesys Cloud site.
  6. Click Save.

Refer to the following table and modify the URL based on the location of your Genesys Cloud organization.
