Build a primary digital menu for all tasks in Genesys Digital Bot Flows

In Genesys Digital Bot Flows, best practice recommends that you build a single, reusable task that contains a Digital Menu action; for example, Main Menu, and then ensure that all other tasks in your digital bot flow return to that reusable task. This step provides guidance and additional options for your customer when navigating the digital bot.
