2020-09-09 2020-12-16 -

On December 16, 2020, Genesys changed the Analytics Conversation Detail Endpoint (/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query) to allow querying for interval start dates up to 558 days in the past, including today. Genesys recommends that you use the Analytics Conversation Detail Async Endpoint (/api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs) for historical queries. For recent data, Genesys recommends that you use the notifications service when possible.

After the take effect date, Genesys allowed some organizations to continue to use the endpoint for data beyond 558 days. This allowlist exception ends March 1, 2023.

Note: When you work with the interaction view 558 days in the past, the page loads asynchronously, and can take a longer than usual to load.
