Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management) is an implementation of the System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM). SCIM is an open standard collection of APIs for managing the identities of users.

Overview

Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management) uses SCIM APIs to sync user entities from cloud or on-premises identity management systems to Genesys Cloud.

Important: Genesys Cloud currently only supports unidirectional syncing from identity management systems to Genesys Cloud.  Any changes made in Genesys Cloud will not be synced to the identity management systems and may be overwritten. Get started (administrators)

Learn about the Genesys Cloud SCIM implementation and confirm that your identity management system is listed as a supported system. (See the Identity management systems section.) Then create an OAuth client and configure your identity management system.
