Multilingual Agent Copilot support for queues with multiple languages

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will allow administrators to create multilingual Agent Copilots that support up to 10 languages. This enhancement enables Agent Copilot to work with queues that include agents assigned to multiple languages. Previously, each Agent Copilot was mapped to a single language and assigned at the queue level.
