Disconnect numbers

Prerequisites

  • Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

To remove numbers from your number inventory, disconnect them. 

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Select the check box next to the number and click Disconnect Number(s).
  4. When you see the prompt to confirm the disconnect operation, click Continue.

Disconnected numbers are typically removed from the Number Management list immediately. If there is a delay in the disconnect operation, a status indicator appears next to the number that provides additional information. See Status indicators

Tip: If you use the filters to isolate the numbers that you want to disconnect, you can select the check box next to the Genesys Cloud Voice Number column heading to select all the numbers’ check boxes. See Filter numbers.
