Disconnect numbers

Prerequisites

  • Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

To remove numbers from your number inventory, disconnect them. 

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Click the Numbers tab.
  4. Select the check box next to the number and click Disconnect Number(s). The Disconnect Number dialog appears.
  5. Click Confirm.

Disconnected numbers are typically removed from the Number Management list immediately. If a delay in the disconnect operation occurs, a status indicator appears next to the number that provides additional information. For more information, see Status indicators

Tip: If you use the filters to isolate the numbers that you want to disconnect, select the check box next to the Genesys Cloud Voice Number column header to select all the numbers at once. See Filter numbers.
